Antoine Dodson is a Huntsville, AL resident recently interviewed by NBC affiliate WAFF-48 News in a news clip about the local police searching for a man who broke into the Dodsons’ home and then tried to assault one of his sisters in bed.
On July 28th, 2010, North Alabama’s NBC affiliate WAFF-48 News reported that local Police are searching for a man who broke into a home then got into bed with a woman. According to the news story, earlier that Wednesday morning, Kelly Dodson woke up to an intruder in her bed. The woman’s brother, Antoine Dodson, rushed to her room after hearing his sister scream. After a brief struggle, the intruder escaped through a window. Antoine said the suspect left behind his shirt and fingerprints.

Yes, I agree. What happened to this young woman is anyone’s worst nightmare. This rapist is violent, extremely dangerous and a grave threat to this community and he must be caught. This is terrible what has happened to this young woman and the Dodson family. Who knows what other intentions this rapist has in mind and further, what if the rapist has diseases? This young woman is extremely fortunate her brother was there.

I think it’s lame that people feel making money off this is not a good thing. He can’t help it if he felt passionate/angry about what happened and gave an epic interview. Antoine did a good deed by helping to save his sister from a rapist and he should have good things coming to him and his family!! I’m buying a couple t-shirts just to help out. I hope he makes enough money to take care of all of them and nothing but good comes his way!

I sooooo love Antoine Dodson for his strong spirit and uncensored comments! The fact that he has been extremely vocal on the capture and pursuit of the estranged Lincoln Projects rapist says that he and his family WILL NOT sit down while others try to violate them! I hope the attempted rapist is caught and punished to the FULLEST extent of the law. I am continually praying for Mr. Dodson as well as his sister and extended family in hopes that God continues to Bless them (in their new-found success)in the midst of a world where the devil is constantly busy! As a black woman, I personally do not take his interview as a racial stereotype or as a cheap shot to blacks!
